Had RMTR presentation yesterday, finally another project is down.

Met Yunlu and Val, and I went to search for Charis’s present.
Nearing 7pm, Tanny came to drive us in to Sentosa.

We were practically the only group of youngsters there.
Yunlu kept telling me she wanna scream, but she felt so restricted (screaming is in her blood).
We were like “OMG, this is the first time we can’t hear yunlu speaks from our seats”

After dinner, they wanted SUPPER. It was literally AFTER DINNER eh. LOL.
We decided to go Gardens.
While on the car, we saw SHAKER FRIES AD!
So we made a spontaneous decision to visit Macs.
Inside the car, Yunlu, Val, Nini and I were CRAZY.
We went “FrolicKKKKKKKKKRRRRRRR”, like WTF.
4 of us were making loud “KRRRRRRR” sound in the car.
Then we sang He’s able with the actions, and Tanny acted as if she was possessed.

I’m so tired recently, I feel like crying.

Basically, after next Friday, it’s salvation.

Sat, it was really fun.
My bro drove me and my cousins around to PLAY.
I was at Benjamin’s house, so he came to picked me up.
The 3 of us went IKEA, because we had nothing to do.
Ate at IKEA restuarant, that’s for certain.

They were crazy, they practically sat on the office chair which was on display.
The chair was on this frail piece of platform, the looks on their face when they were trying to balance was simply comical.
We perambulated around IKEA, Courts and Giant.

At night, we went out for Granny’s birthday dinner.
Yup.
It was just a simple and, casual day out.

OK people, my intention to study in USA caused me to visit the exhibition on Sunday with Jas.
Bro drove me to amk to meet jas.
Went over to suntec and basically we headed straight to the universities we wanted.
Cornell University, Princeton University and UCLA.
It is definitely not easy to get in, average score of 2100, which is the 85 percentile.
I just needa work on my Maths, as I have clearly and totally forgotten all the formulas and such.

The SAT tuition fees cost about 1700 bucks, that is CRAZY!!
Went for lunch at Swensen to look through the information booklet, calculated the fees etc.
After that we went cityhall for some cheap thrill shopping, and in the end I bought 2 SAT assessment books which weigh a ton.

Today, Ash and I were talking to Micheal Chiam for nearly an hour.
He was sharing with us his experience when he took his double degrees and all the fun/bad time he had.
He enlightened me on how I should go about writing my application and all.
Yup, he’s such a great help =)

Presentation was delayed for more than an hour, so we practically started at like 5.30pm.
It was damn screwed.

Lofty aspiration

I haven’t been updating frequently.
Apparently I was sick for nearly 2 weeks, running a high fever at 39.5 to 40 Degree Celsius.
For a moment, I thought I caught the swine flu.
Haha.

Ok, I don’t really know what to update.
Right, I watched Harry Potter and the half blood prince with TQ, nini, yunlu and val.
People kept telling me that it’s not nice, but I went ahead to watch it anyway.
I was so glad that I watched, because it is really good.
The action scenes were definitely pale in comparison to the previous movie.
BUT, the storyline and acting skills were intriguing and engaging. Thus I would still recommend people to watch it.

Projects are never ending, my eyes are blurred due to constant strain while doing my reports.
Just ONE MORE MONTH, and it will be IAP.
Will most probably be having my interview with Resort World Sentosa next week.
Let’s just keep my fingers crossed.

Oh yes, recently I found back my studying momentum.
Though it is not for Poly exams, it is definitely more motivating than that.
IT’S THE SAT!!
I hope to get into Cornell university, which is an Ivy League.
Top15 university in the world, Princeton is ranked fourth.
There are three sections to be completed and from Ash it’s said to have 700 qns.
The standard of the English component is rather tricky, I practically need to memorize the dictionary.
That’s an exaggeration, but you get my point.
I’M GONNA TRY, if I can make it there, why not?
Main concern will be the fees, totaling up to approximately 300k to 500k.
W-O-W!! But my parents will probably support me if i really want it.

Finally I found back my love for studying.
Haha.
Will be going down with baby on Sunday to check out all the relevant information.

By the way, I think I’m damn lucky today.
All the rotten shits turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
Received 2 surprises, I’m so THANKFUL to them.
Oh, we had so much fun taunting at Ash today. OPPS.

“Nightmare” of a lifetime

It is seriously a nightmare if you have friends like TANNY WONG.
Yesterday night,I was talking on MSN conference with her and TQ.
Then I just asked for Jessie’s super ugly photo (doing some shits for her)
Next thing Tanny began showing us ALL OF OUR SECONDARY SCHOOL PHOTOS.
We were all gasping in HORROR and extremely disgusted by it.
HAHAHAHA. It’s really that bad.

I swear I would have hit her to pulp if I were beside her when she laughed at MY FACE!!! NABEH. LOL!!
We also put Jessie’s face as our display pic in MSN, so to “commemorate the departure of Jessie Kwang” as said by Tanny.
I had so much fun “designing” the photos and adding captions.

The thing is Tanny showed me this photo, and I started laughing non-stop.

I didn’t think I was involved in this thing AT ALL, and I’ve no recollection (there isn’t my face in this photo).
Then suddenly tanny said this

Me: What?

Me: REALLY MEH? (as I’ve said I don’t remember)

Had a mega shopping spree on Monday with LY and Jessie.
I did not shop alone, they bought even more stuff than me.
My favourite buys were the Mango bag and the biker jacket.
TOTALLY LOVE IT.
Basically we shopped from CP to Vivo to Orchard and lastly to Novena.
Met the rest of the mobs at Chin Huat for steamboat.
Comparing it to the previous time at Marina South, it’s much better now.
We refused to sit with Yunlu, cause she terrorizes us.
I bet we were the nosiest group there.
Tanny drove us all to Valerie’s house. (8 in a car) LOL.
Played Mahjong, watched tennis and tanny punched yunlu’s nose.
HAHAHAHA.
It’s always crazy shit with them around.

Tuesday
Went Kbox withj TQ, LY, Jes and Charis.
We were rocking the entire 5 hours with singing la.
I was basically their Chinese words reader.
Charis was like “they should put han yu pin yin”

Today
went to school at 9.30am for project meeting.
Consultation was canceled, so some of us were rather reluctant to stay back for tut.
Yup so we ran off, haha. AS USUAL.
Called TQ at 11.45 to wake her up and get her to meet me for lunch.
Met her at CP for pizzahut.
Tanny randomly joined us, and we were deliberating if we should accompany her to Toa Payoh.
But she promised to drive me home, so I agreed.
She and her gf has the weirdest gift for each other on the 1st month.
I laughed like mad when I saw it.
OMG, you two are seriously MEANT TO BE.
Tanny and I were TRYING TO SPEAK Korean.
IT WAS DAMN RETARDED!!! You should have seen how we laugh =.=
TQ FORCED me to stay and watched the Asian games since we got passes.

Charis and Kenneth came at 7.30pm to fetch us for dinner.
